Here in Colombia, near the cities of Pereira and Manizales, at the foot of the majestic Andes, above 1400 meters above sea level, our coffee berries ripen on young volcanic soils. The soft shade of Colombian plane trees and fruit trees protects our crop from the direct rays of the sun that are destructive for coffee, allowing the berries to collect juice, ripen evenly and acquire their own unique multifaceted taste.
