Today we can offer the freshest Colombian SPECIALTY coffee, about the origin and quality of each grain of which we know absolutely everything!
Here in Colombia, near the cities of Pereira and Manizales, at the foot of the majestic Andes, above 1400 meters above sea level, our coffee berries ripen on young volcanic soils. The soft shade of Colombian plane trees and fruit trees protects our crop from the direct rays of the sun that are destructive for coffee, allowing the berries to collect juice, ripen evenly and acquire their own unique multifaceted taste.
We manually collect and sort the berries, wash and dry them in the sun, pack them in fique natural fabric and hermetic Grain Pro bag to preserve the freshness and quality of the grain. We do not mix coffee of different crops and farms, so we can accurately say which coffee tree beans we send to your roastery. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and pedigree of our SPECIALTY coffee.
We use natural pest control methods and natural fertilizers. We treat our land with care and respect, following the ancient Aztec proverb: “The earth will become what its people are.”
Our house and farm are always open to guests. We are happy to host and organize agricultural tours, sharing with guests the exciting process of growing and processing coffee.
